This page contains important information for Team Managers trying to secure a field for a game change.

  • The procedure for requesting a field for a game change begins with finding tentative field availablility by using the field schedules on the Game Field Availabliity page.
  • Agree on one or two possible dates with the other coach.
  • Confirm field availability by sending an E-Mail to fieldRequest@PegasusSoccerClub.org. Please include your team information (age, gender, red/white), game #, field, plus original and requested game dates and times. THIS IS CRITICAL. You do NOT have the field unless you receive confirmation from us.
  • After receiving field confirmation, reconfirm with the other coach and submit your game change form.

A few other things to keep in mind about game changes...

  • Be sure to check your trainer's availability before finalizing a game change
  • Submitting the game change form is the team manager's responsibility. Read the game change form carefully. Failure to follow the instructions exactly could result in a forfeit.
  • If an opponent initiates the request to change a game, it's their responsbility to complete the paperwork and submit it to the appropriate league.
  • If you're having trouble finding a field, let us know. We may be able to get special permission for another field.
  • YSSL (boys) requires a fee be submitted with the game change form. The fee is the responsibility of the team requesting the change.
