The Pegasus
Soccer Club is a volunteer-based organization with the support of
a paid Director of Coaching and professional trainers. An Executive
Committee oversees the general direction of the Club and establishes
policies. A (seven person) Operating Comittee manages the day-to-day
operational aspects of the Club. Teams are each managed by their
own Team Manager (with support from the Club). Parents are encouraged
to get (operationally) involved - in either direct support of their
childs teams or in support of Club activities. Player development
is the responsibility of our professional trainers.
Board members and other volunteers have assumed responsibilities
related to day-to-day operations of the club. These responsibilities
