The Pegasus Soccer Club is a volunteer-based organization with the support of a paid Director of Coaching and professional trainers. An Executive Committee oversees the general direction of the Club and establishes policies. A (seven person) Operating Comittee manages the day-to-day operational aspects of the Club. Teams are each managed by their own Team Manager (with support from the Club). Parents are encouraged to get (operationally) involved - in either direct support of their childs teams or in support of Club activities. Player development is the responsibility of our professional trainers.
